Own the entire finance function of an energy infrastructure company from the ground up. Structure and close large-scale project debt. Talk to bulge bracket banks on Monday, close the books on Tuesday, fix a VLOOKUP at midnight on Wednesday. Notice we're out of coffee on Thursday, buy it yourself, and expense it properly. SPVs, lenders, capital markets. You know the drill. No committees, no layers, no PowerPoint theatre. Just you, Excel, and an unreasonably high ambition.

You've done real deals at a real firm. M&A, debt, equity, structured finance. We don't care which desk, as long as you understand the full capital stack. You know your way around London, you're comfortable across the table from lawyers, and you've structured things that actually closed. You still love spreadsheets. You don't think accounting is beneath you. Now you want to build something instead of advising on it.

Equity: 3–5%
Vesting: 4 years, 1-year cliff
Location: Amsterdam, with travel to London
